New Year New Habits

Forming a new habit can be challenging, but well worth it in the grand scheme of things.  Start by making a plan, consider your goal, and think about what exactly it is you hope to accomplish.  Then you need to identify small or simple habits that will become part of achieving that goal.  Take time to consider your motivation or reason you wish to form this habit.  What are the potential benefits, how will it improve your life?  If you start small it will increase your chances of success.  Keep in mind forming a new habit will take time, so be patient with yourself.  You will likely encounter obstacles along the way, but don’t be discouraged, just acknowledge the difficulty and keep your focus on this new habit.  It can help if you create a clue to remind you of performing this habit, ie. packing your work-out clothes in a sports bag so you are ready to go anytime.  Stay mindful of your daily routine and how you might find ways to tweak it in order for your overall goal to be attained.  Sharing your goal with a friend can make you more accountable and driven to succeed.  Track your progress to help stay motivated, and strategize when things don’t go as you had hoped.  You might find it helps to stay motivated with your new habit by rewarding yourself, just keep it healthy and affordable.  I wish you success in the new year with your new habit!

I hope you will enjoy this new challenging picapix puzzle:  15. Sea Robber.

Sincerely,

Diane Baher

How to Play

Where do I start? Begin by choosing two color pencil crayons, erasable ones are best, and designate the darker shade for the puzzle picture. The lighter shade is basically going to be the background and is still very important to solving the puzzle. Starting with an empty grid, and numbers at the top of columns and left end of rows, you work your way through the puzzle by doing what is most logical or obvious, i.e. the biggest numbers.
